A Bold New Beginning 

When Andrea O'Connell and her husband purchased Graham's Flooring & Design a decade ago, they were new to the industry. "We actually didn't know anything about flooring beforehand," she said. Over time, they built a successful business focused on a shop-from-home model, relying on their salespeople's expertise. While they had an existing website, it was not effectively attracting new customers through organic search. Andrea was initially hesitant to switch providers, even after attending a couple of Broadlume events, because she really liked her existing website. "We've seen a pretty dramatic increase this year in our new lead business," Andrea said.  

The company also uses Broadlume's automated email campaigns to nurture new leads and follow up with customers after a sale, adding a personal touch that enhances the customer experience. "We really like having that extra touch with customers or potential customers," she explained.

With a great website that is "working well for us in terms of bringing in new customers," Graham's Flooring & Design is excited about its future. The company plans to continue its growth trajectory, aiming to expand its service area and eventually rely primarily on repeat and referral business. "We would love to get to a point where all we have to do is get repeat and referral business," Andrea shared.
